Choose from stock plans available for immediate download, request plan modifications completed in just days, or start a custom home design with an initial draft typically ready in about a week.
Once your customer purchases their plans, we route them right back to your lumber yard for their material takeoff, package quote, and next steps.
You send them to us for the plans. We send them back to you for the build.

If we haven’t spoken yet, give us a call. Becoming a LumberPlans dealer begins with a conversation with a LumberPlans Rep about your lumber yard, your market, and your interest in becoming the exclusive LumberPlans dealer in your county.
After we determine that we’re a good fit and agree to work together, we’ll provide a simple mutual dealer agreement outlining the partnership and county exclusivity.
From there, we make getting started easy. We’ll provide your in-store signage and marketing materials, set up your dealership, and typically have your yard up and running within a week.
